I tutored kids at my school for three years in high school, so I've learned which methods work best for which kids. (e.g. some kids are stimulated more by visual aids than by auditory ones) SAT reading: 740 SAT math: 700 SAT writing: 690 ACT composite: 33 SAT subject test, Chemistry: 750 SAT subject test, Math 1: 740 Math 2: 720 I want to continue tutoring because I enjoy watching kids succeed academically. I feel accomplished when I help them in subject areas in which they struggle. I am well prepared to tutor kids from elementary school through high school. I have taken several AP classes, with scores of 4 or 5 on all of them. These classes include AP Biology, German, Microeconomics, Calculus BC, English Literature, Latin, Chemistry, and Physics. I also work well with younger students. I help teach classes at my school's summer program, where I help kids ages 5-13.

I love to read, paint, and play piano and ukulele in my free time. My main academic interests are languages and science, but I'm always ready to learn anything new. I also like to get outside and be active by playing sports such as tennis and volleyball when I have the time.
